Enquiries

We receive the name, email, optional phone number, business name and message you submit. We use them to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and manage follow-up in our Cockpit CRM. This is not a newsletter subscription. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Purpose and retention

Processing your enquiry supports the steps you request before entering into a contract. Optional details are supplied with your consent. Enquiries and their operational history are retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant interaction, unless an ongoing contract or legal obligation requires a different period.

Website and privacy choices

Our website can record minimised technical events in Cockpit without a persistent identifier. Accepting analytics allows a temporary session to help us understand navigation. These first-party website events expire after 90 days; privacy preferences last up to 180 days. You can change your choices or withdraw analytics consent using Privacy preferences in the footer. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from using the website or sending an enquiry. Your language choice is remembered in this browser for future visits; this preference is not used for tracking.

Google Analytics 4

With your analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, contact-link clicks, form starts and successful enquiry submissions. The Google analytics script loads only after analytics consent; Google may then use analytics cookies and process browser, device and usage information. We do not include your name, email, phone number or message in these analytics events. Google's separate retention settings apply to GA4 data. Advertising tracking remains disabled.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website. Our hosting, database and security providers help deliver the service; submitted enquiries are processed in Cockpit. Google provides the optional analytics service described above. We do not sell your enquiry data. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your request.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including Spain’s AEPD. We do not make decisions with legal or similar effects based solely on automated processing of your enquiry.
